Shipping Policy

Shipping: All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email and provide you with an estimated shipping date.  Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or destination customs clearance processes.

Our international shipping rates do not cover import duties or taxes. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the specific importation costs associated with each destination. Customers are required to investigate local duties and fees before finalizing their orders.

Damaged or Defective Products: If a product is received damaged or is defective, the customer must contact Universal Air customer service within 24 hours of receipt to initiate a claim. The customer must keep the original packaging and all damaged items.
