Return & Exchange Policy
Introduction: Universal Air is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a fair and easy returns and refunds policy. This policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned for a refund or exchange.
Return Requirements: Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charges, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, the customer must contact Universal Air customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be included with the returned product.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the returned product with proper RMA number.
Exchanges: If the customer would like to exchange a product, the customer must contact Universal Air customer service to initiate the exchange process. The customer will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for the exchange.
Restocking Fee: Returns for standard products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 35% of the purchase price, at Universal Air's discretion. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Final Sale on Custom Orders or Custom Made Parts: All sales of custom ordered or custom made parts are final and may not be returned or refunded.
Limitations: This returns and refunds policy does not apply to products that have been modified, altered, or used for purposes other than those for which they were intended.
