Universal Air Branded Products Warranty:
Universal Air extends a 1-year warranty on all Universal Air branded products. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship and is effective from the date of purchase. Within this period, Universal Air will, at its discretion, replace any components that fail during normal use. Customers are responsible for transportation and installation costs.
Non-Universal Air Branded Products Warranty:
Non-Universal Air branded products are covered by the Manufacture Warranty. This warranty also addresses defects in materials or workmanship and is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Similar to Universal Air branded products, the manufacturer will repair/replace faulty components at no charge within the specified warranty period, with customers bearing transportation and installation costs.
Universal Air offers a 30-day Return Policy for unused and uninstalled products in their original packaging. Customers can return such products within 30 days of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions of our Return Policy.
The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, damage from accidents, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature, improper installation, or modifications without written permission from Universal Air.
Exclusive Warranties and Remedies:
All warranties and remedies provided herein are exclusive and replace any other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory. Universal Air shall not be liable for incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.
Warranty Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty replacement, customers must contact Universal Air at 909-886-9491, Sales@Universalair.com during normal business hours for shipping instructions and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking number. The product, along with a copy of the original sales receipt, must be securely packed, and the RMA tracking number should be clearly marked on the package. Send the product, with freight charges prepaid, to Universal Air Returns Department at 463 W Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92405.

Universal Air retains the exclusive right to replace the
product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion,
serving as the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.
