VIAIR’s Ultra Duty Onboard Air System is a pre-packaged compressed air solution that provides an industry-leading, 200 PSI rated, 100% duty cycle 480C compressor,2.5 gallon air tank, and all components needed to install a working system capable of inflating tires of virtually any size.

Please Note: Pressure Switch w/Relay (PNs 90110, 90111, 90113, 90118) is not a sealed unit and should be installed in an area protected from the elements to prevent damage and/or failure.

Use thread sealant for proper installation. Thread tape is not recommended. Properly sealed, recommended torque for 1/8″ is 10 ~ 11 ft. lbs. Recommended torque for 1/4″ and 3/8″ is 12 ~ 15 ft. lbs.
