VIAIR’s Gen. 2 Dual 425C Onboard Air System (OBA) is our fastest filling OBA, featuring our new 425C Gen.2 compressors capable of putting out 4.80 CFM at 0 PSI head pressure. The 425C is our first compressor with duty cycle of 33% at 175 PSI and 50% at 100 PSI. This pre-packaged compressed air solution includes: two Platinum or Stealth Black 425C compressors, a 2.5 gallon air tank, an inline pressure regulator, and all necessary components needed to install a working onboard air system.

The 425C features upgraded internal components that make it a true 175 PSI-rated working pressure pump, and has newly designed thicker vibration isolators that absorb vibration and sound. The modern-inspired head design highlights an eye-catching setup. This Gen. 2 Onboard Air System delivers the vital air source for numerous pneumatic applications.

Note: Use thread sealant for proper installation. Thread tape is not recommended. Properly sealed, recommended torque for 1/8” is 10 ~ 11 ft. lbs. Recommended torque for 1/4” and 3/8” is 16 ~ 18 ft. lbs.
