Universal Air Suspension Proudly offers its Bag & Bracket Kit for the Lexus LC500
Cut struts will require cutting the spring perch off the OEM struts, right above the weld. This will get the car lower, but isn't reversable if you decide to put the springs back on the car.
No Cut Struts will not require cutting and is fully reversable, but will not drop as low.
